My career began in some of Australia’s most respected kitchens. I trained with Neil Perry at Rockpool, worked as Head Chef at Parliament House NSW, and led culinary teams at the Park Hyatt. These foundations shaped my commitment to exceptional food, reliable service and a standard of professionalism that clients can depend on.
